Products available for sale on this website are subject to these terms and
conditions. By purchasing products on this website you agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and
conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site
at the date of purchase. You confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and true.
All trademarks and registrations are the property of their respective owners.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system
over the Internet. All credit card transactions are handled using a secure payment system provided by PROTX.
All prices stated on the website are subject to change without notice. E&OE.
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your
card with the total cost of the products selected plus delivery costs and VAT.
Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the
same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the
order will not be dispatched.
Title to the product passes at the time of despatch from our warehouse. We
are not liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery. This is covered by the shipping insurance.
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential,
special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased
from this site. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the
maximum extent permitted by law.
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 working
days of receiving the product by contacting us on our enquiry order form
(on our Contact Us page) to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.
We also offer an additional money-back policy. If you have an unopened product
you can return it to us in as new condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. As long as the product is unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) we will issue a full refund for the product. If the product is not in a good condition a charge of 20% or £20 may be made. If the product is returned to us with damaged or marked packaging then we reserve the right to return the item at the customers expense.
If you believe your goods have a fault
in the first 30 days after delivery please contact technical support for assistance. In most cases this can be resolved
by broadbandstuff.co.uk or the products manufacturer. If not the product may need to be returned. A returns number must be obtained
from broadbandStuff.co.uk, this number is valid for 2 weeks from issue. The returns number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging, failure to do this may result in the item being returned at the customers expense. Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals,
CD’s etc). Please do not mark the products box in any way.
If you want to send a product to us the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If the items are found to not be faulty
A £10 test fee will be charged and the goods will be returned to you
as received together with a test report. You are responsible for any collection or return delivery charges incurred.
If a customer cancels a order that has been dispatched we will refund the full cost of the product minus any shipping costs incured.
